General Price List
These prices are effective as of May 1, 2013.
The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose
only the items you desire. However any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our
basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you most buy any items you did not
specifically ask for, we will explain the reason, in writing, on the statement we provide describing
the funeral goods and services you selected.
Basic Services of Funeral Director, Staff and Overhead $1,195.00
Our services include conducting the arrangements conference, planning the funeral
consulting with family and clergy, shelter of remains, preparing and filing the necessary notices,
obtaining necessary authorization and permits, coordinating with the cemetery, crematory, or other
third parties. Receiving and arrangements of flowers, preparation and placement of obituary notices:
preparation, attendance and supervision of all funeral services. In addition, this fee includes a
proportionate share of our basic overhead costs. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be
added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our
charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.)
Embalming, washing and disinfection of remains $430.00
Except in certain cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary,
however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not
want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to
pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.
Cosmetology, Dressing and Casketing Remain ( with embalming ) $165.00

Sanitary care, handling, pouch & chemical treatment to allow 2 hours visitation/closed casket

Anatomical Donation $590.00
Our charges for anatomical donation without any rites or ceremonies include: removal of and
shelter of remains, transportation to medical school, (local) basic services of funeral director and
staff, obtaining physicians certificate, necessary authorizations and legal permits required.
Direct Cremation $1,295.00
Our charges for direct cremation (without ceremony) includes: basic services of funeral
director and staff, a proportionate share of overhead costs, removal of remains, transportation to
crematory, necessary authorizations, obtaining physicians certificate, and legal permits required.
These charges do include the crematory fee and a standard container provided by crematory.
A. Direct Cremation with container provided by purchaser $1,275.00
B. Direct Cremation with fiberboard container $1,295.00
C. Direct Cremation with a casket selected from funeral home (casket additional) $1,275.00
Immediate Burial $1,195.00
Our charge for an immediate burial (without ceremony) includes: Basic services of funeral
director and staff, a proportionate share of overhead costs, removal of remains, and local
transportation to cemetery. (Casket not included.)

Inurnment of cremain
Our charges include removal of crmains from tempoary container, distribution
of cremains into urn and or other such items $75.00
This price list does not include prices for certain items that you may ask us to buy
for you, such as Certified copies of Death, Newspaper Notices, Flowers, State
Sales Tax, Cemetery Services, Organist and Clergy gratuities. The price for those
